Readers Rides #13: 1967 21 Window Split Screen Microbus

This weeks Readers Rides comes from Bob Cropsey who has been restoring vintage VW Vans for a number of years from his home in New Jersey, USA. I am sure the photos show just how much experience Bob has with classic VW’s, but in case you were questioning his credentials he has even written a book about his passion and the work he undertakes. For more information about his book, entitled ‘Volkswagen: History to Hobby’ check out his website at www.jerseyclassic.com.
Many of the VW’s Bob has restored have been featured in magazines and on covers of books. Bob has been kind enough to send in some photos of his outstanding 1967 21 Window Split Screen Microbus (which has recently been featured in the May edition of Hot VW Magazine), so sit back and enjoy this truly stunning van.

Thanks once again to Bob for sending in the photos. You may have also noticed the rather tidy looking Bay Window VW Van in the photo above. But don’t worry, his 1971 Singlecab Bay Window will be featured in an upcoming Readers Rides article. To make sure you do not miss out on another stunning van you can sign up to receive regular updates from the VW Camper Van Blog by email or you can grab our RSS feed here.
